For clarity, emergencies are problems that present immediate risks to your safety, security or health. For example; loss of heating, hot water in Winter or flooding.

To report an emergency repair, please call 07624 298829.
Please note that non-emergency calls will be chargeable at rate of £25.00 per call.

Non-Emergency Repairs (to be reported during office hours Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm)
Non-emergency repairs are issues that you can reasonably live with for a short time without immediate risk to your safety or health. For example; an internal door repair or plastering. Please report all non-emergency repairs during operating hours by calling our Property Management team on 01624 625888 (option 2) or by emailing rentals@cowleygroves.com - this will allow us to clearly prioritise all repairs effectively and speed up our response time.
